Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Confessa platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Confessa, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Token System
Confessa operates on a token-based system. Tokens are used to submit confessions and interact with content on the platform.
Tokens purchased through the platform are non-refundable and are for use exclusively within Confessa. Tokens have no monetary value outside of the platform and cannot be transferred or exchanged for real currency.
4. Content Guidelines
Users are prohibited from posting content that:
- Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of another's privacy
- Contains personal identifying information about other individuals
- Promotes illegal activities or harm to others
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate them.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Confessa, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
